TERMS & CONDITIONS - Workshops

To ensure a fair and creative environment for everyone, please review the following:

1. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your place.

• For those not on a payment plan, the remaining balance is due 30 days before the workshop date.

2. Payment Plans

• Instalments are processed monthly via Stripe

• The final installment must be cleared at least 14 days prior to the workshop start date.

• Failure to meet an instalment may result in the loss of your place, though I will always reach out to you first to resolve any issues.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, your balance (minus the deposit) will be refunded.

• Cancellations made within 30 days are non-refundable unless we can fill your spot from the waitlist. If the spot is filled, a full refund (minus the deposit) will be issued.

• In the unlikely event that I have to cancel (due to extreme weather or illness), you will receive a 100% refund or the option to transfer to a new date.

4. Physicality & Safety

• We will be working in a natural yard environment and a studio with heated wax and small blow-torches.

• Safety briefings are mandatory at the start of each session.

• While we emphasise "Slow Photography" to accommodate all fitness levels, please notify us of any mobility or dietary requirements upon booking.
