Fell Pony III — Wild Hearts Series

from £595.00

The wind had been at her all morning. She didn't seem to mind.

That mane, that profile, that complete indifference to the weather — this is the Fell Pony exactly as it has always been. Built for the high passes of Cumbria, carrying lead ore across moorland tracks that would exhaust most breeds. Centuries of that landscape have left their mark.

This image was made during the Wild Hearts project — six years documenting all thirteen of the UK's rare native horse breeds before their stories are lost.

Printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag with natural deckle edges, float mounted to reveal the full character of the paper, hand signed, numbered, and packaged by me before it leaves for its new home.

Limited edition of 25. Once sold, this image is retired permanently.

Available sizes:

  • 16×20" — £595 unframed / £795 framed

  • 20×30" — £895 unframed / £1,150 framed

  • 30×40" — £1,450 unframed / £1,850 framed

Please allow 7–10 working days for your print to be prepared and dispatched.

Certificate of authenticity and provenance documentation included.
